Maddington Falls is a small municipality in the Centre-du-Québec region of Quebec, Canada. It lies in the Arthabaska Regional County Municipality (RCM) and is located at about 46.22°N, 72.13°W.

The town was established on January 11, 1902 and was named after Maddington, Wiltshire.
