Sharks is the sixteenth studio album by the British hard rock band UFO. It was released on 3 September 2002 and recorded in 2002 at Prairie Sun Recording Studios in Cotati, California. The album runs 49 minutes and 36 seconds and features hard rock and heavy metal music. It was released by Shrapnel and produced by Mike Varney and Steve Fontano. Sharks is the last UFO album with guitarist Michael Schenker. In the band's discography, it follows Covenant (2000) and precedes You Are Here (2004). There are reports of an unofficial Russian 18-track version that includes tracks from earlier UFO albums but does not list them on the cover.
