Mörnsheim is a small municipality in Bavaria, Germany, in the Eichstätt district. It sits on the Gailach river, with surrounding rocks dating from the Late Jurassic period (Tithonian). The area covers about 33.5 square kilometers and sits around 408 meters above sea level. About 1,600 people live there (as of 2023). Mörnsheim has five parts. The mayor is Richard Mittl (2020–2026).
