Mount Marlow is a rural area in the Whitsunday Region of Queensland, Australia. It covers 8.6 square kilometres and had 161 people living there at the 2021 census (132 in 2016).

The area’s highest point is Mount Marlow itself, rising to 354 metres above sea level, located in the eastern part of the locality. The Proserpine–Shute Harbour Road (State Route 59) passes through from south to north and runs along the northern edge of Mount Marlow.

Mount Marlow Provisional School opened in 1900, became Mount Marlow State School in 1909, and closed in 1954.
