Lysiatychi is a village in western Ukraine, in Stryi Raion of Lviv Oblast. It is part of the Stryi urban hromada and is governed by the Lysiatytska village council. The village sits on the road from Stryi to Zhydachiv, about 14 km from Stryi, 63 km from Lviv, and 16 km from Zhydachiv.

Lysiatychi covers about 25.56 square kilometers and has around 1,791 residents. The first written record of the village dates back to 1443. In the past, Lysiatychi was sometimes regarded as a town and had a town hall and a large Jewish community. There are two churches in the village.

Writer Ivan Franko visited Lysiatychi and wrote about it in his poem “Vandrivka Rusyna z Bidoyu” (Rusyn Traveling with Trouble).
