Alma Mana'o, born July 22, 1994, is an American Samoan women’s soccer player living in King County, Washington. She holds the record for the most appearances (caps) for the American Samoa women’s national team. In 2018 she served as co-captain during the OFC Women's Nations Cup qualifying in Fiji, the first time American Samoa reached World Cup qualifiers in 20 years.

Mana'o plays as a midfielder. She played college soccer for Everett Community College in Washington, helping the 2014 NWAC champions win the title, and later for Queens College in New York. In 2022 she helped Snohomish County FC Steelheads Women win the Northwest Premier League Indoor Championship.

Early life and family: Alma is the oldest of four children of Larry and Siri Mana'o. She grew up in Woodinville, Washington, and played for various competitive Washington Youth Soccer clubs, including Crossfire. She attended Inglemoor High School in Kenmore, where she was captain for two years and earned All-State Honorable Mention. In 2011 she debuted internationally for American Samoa at the Pacific Games in New Caledonia.

Soccer runs in the family. In 2018 Alma was one of four Mana'o family members on the American Samoa squad, along with sisters Ava and Severina Mana'o and cousin Haleigh Mana'o, with their father Larry coaching the team. Most of the US-born players on the squad joined via their parents or grandparents.

On the field, Alma has represented American Samoa since 2011. She scored the winning goal for Everett CC in the 2014 NWAC Championship final, and she scored her first goal for Queens College in September 2017. In the 2018 OFC Women's Nations Cup, American Samoa lost to the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Fiji. On April 23, 2022, she scored twice for Snohomish County FC to win the NWPL Indoor Championship.
