Lymington and Keyhaven Marshes is a large nature reserve on the south coast of Hampshire, near Lymington. It covers about 738 hectares (1,820 acres) and stretches from Keyhaven across the Lymington River. The reserve is managed by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

The site is protected in many ways. It is part of the Solent and Southampton Water Ramsar site and Special Protection Area. Some areas are Special Areas of Conservation. The marshes are part of Hurst Castle and Lymington River Estuary SSSI and the North Solent Marshes Nature Conservation Review site (Grade 2). Two areas are Geological Conservation Review sites, and two are Local Nature Reserves: Boldre Foreshore and Lymington-Keyhaven Marshes.

The coastline features saltmarshes and mudflats. Wildlife includes birds of prey such as peregrine falcons, marsh harriers and merlins, and seabirds like black-headed gulls and sandwich terns. Plants include yellow-horned poppies, sea campions and sea aster. There is no public access to the site.
