Vittorino Mansi OSB (died 3 April 1611) was a Benedictine who became a Roman Catholic bishop in Italy. He led the Diocese of Castellammare di Stabia from 1599 to 1600 and later the Diocese of Ariano from 1602 until his death in 1611.

He was ordained a priest in the Order of Saint Benedict. On 1 February 1599, Pope Clement VIII appointed him bishop of Castellammare di Stabia, and he was consecrated on 7 February 1599 by Cardinal Ottavio Paravicini, with bishops Properzio Resta and Alessandro de Franceschi as co-consecrators. On 31 July 1600 he was named Coadjutor Bishop of Ariano, and he became the Bishop of Ariano on 20 December 1602. He served in Ariano until he died on 3 April 1611 in Ariano, Kingdom of Naples.
