Islamic Azad University, Rasht Branch is a private higher education institution in Rasht, Gilan Province, Iran. It was established on September 1, 1982. The campus covers about 550,000 square meters. As of 2021, it has around 12,000 students, 240 faculty members, and 261 administrative staff. The chancellor is Dr. Mohammad Doostar.
