Luis Jesús Martínez Encabo (born 15 April 1976 in Logroño, La Rioja, Spain) is a Spanish sport shooter who competes in 10 m air rifle and 50 m rifle prone. He shoots for Tiro Club Rey Pastor and is coached by Piotr Kosmatko. He represented Spain at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in two rifle events. In the 10 m air rifle, he scored 589 and finished 32nd, two points behind Rajmond Debevec. In the 50 m rifle prone, he scored 582 and finished 50th. He is 1.72 m tall and weighs 70 kg.
