Lozier House and Van Riper Mill

Lozier House and Van Riper Mill are historic buildings in Midland Park, Bergen County, New Jersey. The complex includes a house built in 1775 in Colonial and Dutch Colonial styles and a nearby mill, set on about 7 acres. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 10, 1975, and to the New Jersey Register of Historic Places on September 6, 1973. The properties are located at 34 Goffle Road and 11 Paterson Avenue (coordinates 40°59′3″N 74°8′28″W).
