David Adrian Greenwood (born 14 September 1963) is a Canadian Anglican bishop and IT professional. Since 2020 he has been the Bishop of the Diocese of Athabasca in northern Alberta, Canada. He was consecrated as a bishop on 21 February 2020 by Greg Kerr-Wilson at St. James' Cathedral, and he succeeded Fraser Lawton.

Greenwood was born in Camrose, Alberta. He married Benita when he was 19, and they have four children and 14 grandchildren. In 1988 the family moved to Fort McMurray, where David worked for Syncrude Canada in information technology for about 30 years as a programmer, systems designer and architect, and supervisor. He began studying for ordination in the 1990s and was ordained as a deacon in 2004 and as a priest in 2015 at St. James' Cathedral in Peace River. He later served as priest in charge of All Saints' Church in Athabasca.
