Badamba is a town and Notified Area Council in Cuttack district, Odisha, India. It governs 138 villages across 38 gram panchayats in the Badamba Block. On February 24, 2024, the Odisha government upgraded Badamba to a Notified Area Council.

The town sits along the Mahanadi River and is near mountain ranges, giving it many natural sights and ancient temples to explore. The Bhattarika Temple in Sasanga village, Baramba, is a historic shrine believed to have been built between the 6th and 16th centuries. Major festivals at Bhattarika include Pana Sankranti in April, Akshaya Tritiya in May, and Dussehra in October.

Badamba is part of the Baramba assembly constituency, which also covers Baramba and Narasinghpur blocks. The local people mainly speak Odia, with Hindi and English also used. The climate is hot in summer and cool in winter, and the population is about 150,000.
