Louis Ralph Sherman (born 22 August 1886 in Fredericton, New Brunswick) was a Canadian Anglican bishop in the 20th century. He studied at Christ Church, Oxford, and trained at Ripon College Cuddesdon before being ordained in 1912.

He began as a curate at Christ Church Mission, Poplar, then served at Trinity Church in Saint John, New Brunswick. He later became priest in charge and then rector of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Toronto, and rector of Holy Trinity Cathedral in Quebec. He was dean of Quebec from 1925 to 1927. He was consecrated Bishop of Calgary on 24 February 1927 by Samuel Matheson.

In 1943 he became Archbishop and Metropolitan of Rupert's Land, remaining in that role until his death on 31 July 1953.
