Tatiana Issa (born January 16, 1974) is a Brazilian film director and executive producer. She has won three Emmy Awards and has been nominated for Emmy Awards many times. She is known for the documentary Dzi Croquettes (2009) and for series such as A Brutal Pact: The Murder of Daniella Perez (on HBO Max), Bateau Mouche, Sinking Justice (HBO Max), and Queens on the Run (Amazon Prime).

Issa co-founded Producing Partners and ART Docs and has created, showrun, produced, and directed many primetime programs for networks around the world, including HBO, HBO Max, Amazon, Star+, the Food Network, TV Globo, and Globoplay. Her true crime series A Brutal Pact became a top true crime hit on HBO Max, while other noted projects include Coming Out Stories (Fora do Armário) for HBO Latin America and the art-focused Geografia da Arte, collaborating with major art foundations.

She has produced more than 400 episodes in over 80 countries, spanning more than 40 hit primetime series and films. She also created Immersive.World for ALL ARTS, and has worked on documentaries like Bertha Lutz, Pedro pelo Mundo, and Destino Con Sabor. Issa is a member of the Television Academy, a juror for the International Emmy Awards, and a member of New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT).

Outside her directing and producing, Issa has earned numerous awards, including more than 50 recognitions since 2009. Her Emmy wins include directing and executive producing for Immersive.World, and in 2021 she earned two more Emmys for Dreams from the Deep End and Phillip Pearlstein: Life Happen. She began acting as a child in São Paulo and later studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. Tatiana Issa is fluent in six languages.
