Lorenzo Antonio Melgarejo Sanabria (born 10 August 1990) is a Paraguayan footballer who plays as a forward or left winger for Libertad in Paraguay. He wears the number 10 for his current team.

Melgarejo began his career in Paraguay with 12 de Octubre, then played for Olimpia and Independiente. In 2011 he moved to Europe to join Benfica in Portugal and was loaned to Paços de Ferreira, where he scored on his debut and helped the team with goals during the season. He later returned to Benfica, played mostly as a left back, and reached the UEFA Europa League final with the club.

In 2013 he transferred to Kuban Krasnodar in Russia, and in 2016 he joined Spartak Moscow, where he stayed until 2020. He then played for Racing in Argentina (2020–2021) before moving back to Paraguay to play for Libertad in 2021, where he has made many appearances and scored many goals.

Internationally, Melgarejo has represented Paraguay at the U20 level and earned four senior caps. He made his senior debut on 14 November 2012 in a 3–1 friendly win over Guatemala. In August 2017 he spoke about his frustration at not being called up, and he was recalled to the national team in March 2019 by coach Eduardo Berizzo for friendlies against Peru and Mexico.
