Overview: This list ranks countries by nonfinancial corporate debt as a share of GDP, using IMF data. The higher the percentage, the more corporate debt there is relative to the size of the economy. It only covers nonfinancial corporate debt (not government or household debt). An asterisk next to a country means there is a dedicated page about that country’s economy.
