Vladimir single-member constituency is No. 79 of the Russian State Duma, located in Vladimir Oblast. It elects one deputy to the lower house of parliament. As of 2021, it has 548,312 voters.

Since 2016 its boundaries cover parts of eastern Vladimir Oblast, including Gorokhovetsky, Gus-Khrustalny and Gus-Khrustalny District, Kameshkovsky, Kovrov and Kovrovsky District, Melenkovsky, Murom and Muromsky District, Selivanovsky, Vladimir’s Oktyabrsky district, and Vyaznikovsky.

The current deputy is Igor Igoshin of United Russia, a six-term State Duma member and agribusinessman, who has represented the district since 2003 except for 2007–2016.

From 1993 to 2007 the constituency covered western Vladimir Oblast, including the city of Vladimir and towns such as Alexandrov, Suzdal, Sobinka, Sobinsky District and Yuryev-Polsky District.

In 2016 the constituency was recreated and redrawn: it kept the Oktyabrsky district of Vladimir, while the rest of the area moved to the Suzdal constituency, with this seat becoming the eastern part of Vladimir Oblast from the former Kovrov constituency.
