Kortnei LeAnn Johnson (born August 11, 1997) is an American sprinter who competed for the LSU Lady Tigers. She grew up in Italy, Texas, and went to Italy High School, where she won seven UIL state track titles. Because the school had no track, she trained on grass and concrete.

LSU recruited her in 2015, and she joined the LSU track program. Johnson helped LSU win two NCAA outdoor titles in the 4x100 meter relay (2016 and 2019). In 2018 she won an NCAA individual medal, placing third in the 200 meters, and helped the team set a world under-23 best in the 4x100 relay with a time of 42.05 seconds.

Her personal bests are 11.05 seconds for the 100 meters and 22.56 seconds for the 200 meters. She also competed at the 2019 USA Outdoor Championships in the 100 meters and participated in The Match Europe v USA relay meet, where the U.S. team finished second.

In 2021 she ran 22.40 seconds for the 200 meters at the Adidas Boost Boston Games, finishing runner-up and ranking among the fastest ever in that event. She attempted to qualify for the Olympics at the 2021 trials but did not advance in the 100 meters.

In 2023 she represented the U.S. at the Pan American Games in the 100 meters and the 4x100 meter relay. She did not reach the 100 meters final; in the relay final, Alaysha Johnson ran after her, the baton was dropped, and the U.S. finished in 1:01.30.
