Alfons Dorfner
Alfons Dorfner was born on 27 January 1911 in Lembach im Mühlkreis, Austria. He was an Austrian canoeist who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin. He and his partner Adolf Kainz won the gold medal in the K-2 1000 m event. They also finished fourth in the folding K-2 10000 m event. Dorfner died on 22 January 1982 in Linz.
