Kim Lyons (born May 5, 1973) is an American athlete, personal trainer, nutritionist, and fitness model. She has appeared on many health and fitness magazine covers and starred on the U.S. version of The Biggest Loser. She joined Season 3 as a trainer, replacing Jillian Michaels, and later competed against Michaels in Season 4. She did not return for Season 5 and has not appeared on the show since. In 2008 she appeared as a panelist at the Miss America pageant and wrote a book called Kim Lyons: Your Body, Your Life.

She originally planned to become an airline pilot but switched to studying Human Development and Nutrition at Colorado State University because of her love for health and fitness. She graduated in 1995 and began teaching aerobics, which led to competing in Galaxy Fitness. In 2002 she earned her IFBB Pro Card as a fitness athlete. Lyons also works as a model and has appeared in pageants and on magazine covers.

There were two times when she could not be physically active: before she started teaching aerobics, she was overweight due to depression, which she conquered through exercise. Later, while preparing for a fitness competition, she tore her Achilles tendon and took seven months to recover; during this time she became a health and fitness expert.

Kim lives in Hermosa Beach, California. She married German bodybuilder Gunter Schlierkamp in March 2007. They had their son, Jake Alexander, on June 3, 2010. Lyons was chosen as a personal trainer for Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Loss Race in its seventh season. She also appeared on American Ninja Warrior, reaching the Venice Qualifiers but failing on the quintuple steps.
