Hanza Rural District (Persian: دهستان هنزا) is in Hanza District of Rabor County, Kerman Province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Hanza.

Population:
- 2006: 6,193 people in 1,323 households (part of Baft County at that time).
- 2011: 6,889 people in 2,044 households (Rabor District became its own county; Hanza District formed).
- 2016: 4,851 people in 1,597 households. The district includes 109 villages; the largest village is Kangari, with 415 residents.
