Eric Freeman is a computer scientist and author. He contributed to the Lifestreaming concept with David Gelernter. Freeman co-authored two popular programming books: Head First HTML and CSS (with Elisabeth Robson) and Head First Design Patterns (with Elisabeth Robson, Kathy Sierra, and Bert Bates).
