Diego Piñeiro
Diego Piñeiro del Álamo, born 13 February 2004 in Madrid, is a Spanish football goalkeeper who plays for Murcia in the Primera Federación, wearing number 13. He is 1.85 meters tall and began his youth career at Escuela Vicálvaro (2012–2014) before joining Real Madrid’s academy (2014–2022). He played for Real Madrid B from 2020 to 2025, making eight appearances, and signed with Murcia on 21 August 2025. Piñeiro has represented Spain at youth level, with three caps for the U18 team (2021–2022) and two for the U19 team (2022–2023). He was named Best Goalkeeper at an under-18 tournament in France and is described as a powerful keeper with quick reflexes and strong positioning.
