Jyotibacha Navas is a Marathi film released on 15 April 1975. Directed by Kamlakar Torne, it stars Suryakant, Vikram Gokhale, Madhukar Toradmal, Padma Chavan, and Asha Kale. The screenplay is by Dinkar D. Patil, based on a story by Baba Kadam, with cinematography by Ratnakar Laad and editing by Bhanudas Divkar. The music is by Sudhir Phadke.

Plot: DSP Salvi is posted to Kolhapur, where a dacoit named Sarjya terrorizes the region. After his father’s death, Balasaheb tries to take over his land, and Guruji dies by a stray bullet. Sarjya dreams of building a school for village children; to fund this, he robs the rich. Padmaja, Salvi’s daughter, is inspired by Sarjya’s deeds, they meet and marry. Salvi (Dalvi) swears in a temple that he will return after shooting Sarja.

Production: Filming took place at Ranjeet Studio in Mumbai, Jayprabha Studio in Kolhapur, and Shantakiran Studio in Kolhapur. The songs, choreographed by Sohanlal, feature voices by Usha Mangeshkar, Sudhir Phadke, Pushpa Pagdhare, Jaywant Kulkarni, and Krushna Kalle, with lyrics by Jagdish Khebudkar. The film runs for 150 minutes.
