Joe Screen (born 27 November 1972 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire) is a former British speedway rider. He started riding motorcycles at age four and began speedway at fourteen. He left home at sixteen and was riding at the top level by seventeen.

Screen began his professional speedway career with the Belle Vue Aces in 1989. He quickly became a leading rider and made his England debut in 1991. In 1992 he won the British League Riders' Championship and the following year captured the World Under-21 Championship. He also won the British Under-21 title in 1990 and 1993. Screen won the British Championship twice, in 1996 and 2004, and competed in the Speedway Grand Prix series from 1996 to 2001, plus a wildcard appearance in 2002.

Throughout his career he rode for many British clubs, including Belle Vue Aces, Bradford Dukes, Eastbourne Eagles, Hull Vikings, Poole Pirates, Wolverhampton Wolves, Glasgow Tigers, Birmingham Brummies, and Coventry Bees. In Poland he rode for several teams, most notably Włókniarz Częstochowa, with whom he won the Polish league title in 1996, and he also rode in Sweden for teams such as Getingarna.

Screen earned 37 England caps and 7 Great Britain caps. He retired from racing after the 2013 season following injuries. After retirement, he and his wife Lindsay ran the Daresbury Boarding Kennels. He also did coaching and ran a speedway academy, and he competed in grasstrack and longtrack events, winning the British 350cc Championship and Best Pairs in 1989, as well as the British Masters in 1992 and 1995.
