Joachim Gustav Henric Lantz (born 10 May 1977) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a defender. He was born in Kalmar, Sweden, and is 1.95 m tall.

Lantz began with Kalmar FFS and spent his professional career mainly with Kalmar FF. He played for Kalmar FF in two spells: 1996–1997 (4 league appearances) and 2000–2010 (229 league appearances, 6 goals). He also played for IFK Västerås (1998–1999, 43 appearances), Mjällby AIF (2011, 12 appearances), IFK Berga (2012–2013, 13 appearances), and was on loan to Östers IF in 2012 (9 appearances).
