Jim Chrest (James H. Chrest) was an American politician from Oregon. He served in the Oregon House of Representatives for the 15th district from 1974 to 1982. A Democrat, he lived in Columbia City, Oregon, and worked as a marine clerk. He was born September 3, 1938, in Bowbells, North Dakota, and died August 26, 2015, in Surprise, Arizona, at age 76.
