Ivan Stepanovich Ganetsky (Russian: Иван Степанович Ганецкий) was a division commander in the Imperial Russian Army. He fought in the Caucasian War, in Poland during the January Uprising, and against the Ottoman Empire in the Russo-Turkish War. Born on October 8, 1810, into the noble Ganetsky family of Polish origin (his mother came from the Eysymontt family), he led the 16th and the 3rd Infantry Divisions. In 1877 he was a notable commander at the Siege of Pleven during the Russo-Turkish War of 1877–1878. He died in 1887.
