Inferior vestibular nucleus

The inferior vestibular nucleus is a group of nerve cells in the brainstem, located near the fourth ventricle. It is one of the vestibular nuclei that process information from the inner ear about balance. This helps regulate posture and head position and coordinates eye movements by sending signals to the spinal cord and other brain areas.
