Marolambo National Park

Marolambo National Park is in eastern Madagascar. It covers a forested area between the towns of Marolambo, Antanifotsy, Fandriana, Nosy Varika, Ifanadiana and Ambositra. The park features the highest waterfall in Madagascar, Andrevaronina Falls, at 350 meters, on the Sakaleona River. The park office is in Fandriana. Access is difficult most of the year, and the area is mainly reachable by hiking. The park covers about 95,000 hectares and is managed by the Madagascar National Parks Association.
