2012 Winter Youth Olympics – Girls' ice hockey tournament

The girls’ ice hockey tournament was held in Innsbruck, Austria, from January 13 to 22 at the Tyrolean Ice Arena. Five teams competed.

- Champions: Sweden (their first Youth Olympics title)

- Fourth place: Kazakhstan
