Heart is a 2006 Indonesian romantic drama directed by Hanny R Saputra. It stars Nirina Zubir, Irwansyah, and Acha Septriasa. The soundtrack features the popular duet "My Heart" by Irwansyah and Acha Septriasa, which won Best Song at the MTV Indonesia Movie Awards in 2006. The film also won Most Favourite Movie and Most Favourite Heart Melting Moment at the same awards.

Plot:
The story follows Rachel, a childhood friend of Farel. When Farel falls for Luna, a new girl with a heart condition, Rachel’s jealousy leads to a serious accident. Rachel ends up in the same hospital as Luna and sees how much Farel and Luna love each other. She must decide if she can sacrifice for her best friend and the man she loves.

The score was performed by the China Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Aksan Sjuman.
