Charl Pietersen (born 10 March 1991) is a South African former professional darts player nicknamed "Bionic Man." He was born in Cape Town, started playing darts in 2009, is right-handed, and uses 23g Puma Signature Summit darts. His walk-on song is "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes.

Pietersen competed in PDC events from 2012 to 2014 and in World Darts Federation events in 2011–2012. He won the 2013 South African Masters, beating Charles Losper 8–1, which earned him a place in the 2013 PDC World Darts Championship, where he lost in the preliminary round 1–4 to Max Hopp. He also won the 2012 PDC World South Africa Qualifying Event.

He earned a PDC Tour Card at Q School in 2013 on the first day, beating Kevin McDine 6–5 and recording a nine-dart finish in the final round. Pietersen represented South Africa in the 2013 World Cup of Darts with Shawn Hogan; they finished second in Group B and reached the last 16, where they were edged out by England 5–4 in a deciding leg after Pietersen missed two darts to win.

He failed to qualify for the 2013 UK Open, finishing 115th on the Order of Merit. He then lost in the South African qualifiers for the 2014 and 2015 World Championships to Devon Petersen (8–5 and 8–2). Pietersen’s tour status expired at the end of 2014, and he has not played in a major darts event since.
