Henganofi District
Henganofi District is in the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea. The capital is the town of Henganofi. The district covers about 941 square kilometers and had a population of 62,904 at the 2011 census, giving a density of around 66.8 people per square kilometer. The time zone is UTC+10.
The district is divided into four local-level governments: Dunantina, Fayantina, Kafentina, and Kamanontina. Each LLG is led by a president who is usually elected by ward or village council representatives.
