Haplinis silvicola is a small sheet-weaver spider found only in New Zealand. Scientific classification: Kingdom Animalia; Phylum Arthropoda; Subphylum Chelicerata; Class Arachnida; Order Araneae; Infraorder Araneomorphae; Family Linyphiidae; Genus Haplinis; Species H. silvicola.

It was first described in 1979 by A. D. Blest as Mynoglenes silvicola. The holotype is kept at the Te Papa Museum (registration AS.000110). Males are about 4.17 mm long and females about 4.58 mm. The spider has a dark brown carapace, brown legs, and a dark abdomen with white spots. It is only known from the South Island of New Zealand.

Conservation status: Naturally Uncommon (NZ Threat Classification System) with the qualifier Range Restricted.
