Sir Arthur Hay Stewart Reid (10 October 1851 – 7 November 1930) was a British Indian judge who became Chief Justice of the Chief Court of the Punjab, the court that later became the Lahore High Court.

Born in Agra, British India, he was the second son of Henry Stewart Reid of the Bengal Civil Service. He went to England for schooling at Harrow and Trinity Hall, Cambridge, and was called to the Bar at Inner Temple in 1874. He then returned to India and began his legal work in the North Western Provinces.

From 1883 to 1895, he was Professor of Law at Muir Central College in Allahabad. He also served as the Officiating Public Prosecutor of the High Court of the North Western Provinces and as Standing Counsel to the Government.

In 1896, he moved to Lahore to become a Judge in the Chief Court of the Punjab. In 1897, he married Imogen Beadon, the daughter of Sir Cecil Beadon. He was named Chief Justice in 1909 and served in that role until his retirement in 1914.

He died in Wimborne, Dorset, England, in 1930.
