Habiganj-2 is a parliamentary constituency in Habiganj District, within the Sylhet Division of Bangladesh. It covers Ajmiriganj and Baniachong upazilas. The electorate was about 306,981 in 2018. The seat was created in 1984 when the old Sylhet District was split into four districts: Sunamganj, Sylhet, Moulvibazar, and Habiganj. The seat is currently vacant (since 6 August 2024). Notable past events include the death of Sharif Uddin Ahmed in office, and a by-election won by Suranjit Sengupta in October 1996.
