Pepperdine Waves women's basketball is the Pepperdine University team in Malibu, California. They compete in the West Coast Conference. Home games are played at the Firestone Fieldhouse, which seats 3,104. The team colors are blue, white, and orange, and the student section is called Riptide. The Waves are led by head coach Katie Faulkner in her second season.

The program has made four NCAA Division I tournament appearances (2000, 2002, 2003, 2006). They have appeared in the Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT) six times (1999, 2001, 2004, 2010, 2011, 2019), with their deepest run in 2019 when they reached the Sweet Sixteen. Pepperdine also competed in the AIAW tournaments in the late 1970s, including an Elite Eight finish in 1978, and played in Division II tournaments in 1978 and 1979.

In conference play, Pepperdine won the conference tournament in 2002, 2003, and 2006, and the regular-season title in 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2003. Through the 2015–16 season, the Waves had an all-time record of 622–579. The Firestone Fieldhouse hosts both Pepperdine’s women’s and men’s basketball teams.
