Guillermo Barbadillo Alvarado (9 January 1925 – 20 October 2000) was a Peruvian football forward who formed a famous attacking duo with Valeriano López in the 1940s and 1950s. Nicknamed “Hombre Bicicleta” for his speed, he began his career with Sport Boys in 1942 and helped them win the Peruvian championship in his first year. In 1949 he played for Deportivo Cali in Colombia, scoring 19 goals in the season and helping the team finish as runners-up. He returned to Peru to play again for Sport Boys from 1950 to 1953, then joined Alianza Lima from 1954 to 1960, where he won back-to-back Peruvian titles in 1954 and 1955. He finished his career with Sport Boys again in 1961–1962.

Internationally, Barbadillo earned 25 caps for Peru between 1947 and 1956, scoring four goals. He played in four South American Championships (1947, 1953, 1955, 1956) and in the Panamerican Championships in 1952 and 1956. His son Gerónimo Barbadillo also played for the Peru national team in the 1970s and 1980s. Barbadillo died in Callao on 20 October 2000 at the age of 75.
