Griffin Island
Griffin Island is a small island off Cape Cod in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. It sits about 1.7 miles (2.7 km) west-northwest of Wellfleet, in the town of Wellfleet. The highest point of the island is 75 feet (23 meters). Great Beach Hill lies to the south of Griffin Island.
