Gornji Stupanj (Serbian Cyrillic: Горњи Ступањ) is a village in the municipality of Aleksandrovac, in Serbia’s Rasina District. It had 674 residents in 2002. The coordinates are 43°28′19″N 21°11′03″E. The village is in the CET time zone (UTC+1) and uses CEST (UTC+2) in summer.
