Luke Dunstan (born 29 January 1995) is a former Australian rules footballer who played in the AFL. He began his junior football with Woodville-West Torrens in the SANFL and was drafted by St Kilda with pick 18 in the 2013 national draft.

Dunstan made his AFL debut in round 1, 2014 against Melbourne and earned an AFL Rising Star nomination that year. He became a regular midfielder for St Kilda, but his 2014 season ended with shoulder surgery in round 19. After the season, club great Lenny Hayes handed him the number 7 guernsey. He extended his contract to stay at St Kilda until 2017 and helped the team climb back to the finals in 2016, despite facing a second shoulder reconstruction on his left shoulder. In 2016 he played 18 games and averaged about 17 disposals per game. In 2017 he signed a two-year extension to remain with St Kilda through 2019.

In 2021 Dunstan moved to Melbourne as an unrestricted free agent. He played for Melbourne in 2022 and 2023. By the end of 2023, his AFL career had totaled 121 games and 46 goals. His honours include the Ian Stewart Medal (2021), an AFL Rising Star nomination (2014), and a 2022 VFL premiership with Melbourne.

Dunstan is recognised for his hard-running midfield play and his resilience after his shoulder injuries.
