Goran Meštrović
Goran Meštrović (born June 13, 1966) is a Croatian former footballer who played as a midfielder and later worked as a coach. He started his senior career in 1990 with Toronto Croatia in the National Soccer League. From 1992 to 1996 he played in Croatia's top division for Cibalia, making 133 appearances and scoring 19 goals. He spent the 1996–97 season with Osijek (21 appearances, 1 goal) before returning to Cibalia from 1998 to 2002 (67 appearances, 13 goals). He played in the 1999 Croatian Cup final against Osijek. He announced his retirement on June 17, 2001.
After his playing days, Meštrović moved into coaching. He was an assistant coach at Cibalia in 2005 under Davor Mladina and briefly served as Cibalia's head coach in 2006 for one match. In 2015 he became head coach of HNK Vukovar ’91 in the Croatian Third League, a position he held until 2017. On November 17, 2017, he was named the head coach of Cibalia's football academy.
