Jannat Al Ghezi is an Iraqi human rights activist and the deputy director of the Organization of Women's Freedom in Iraq. She and her organization help people affected by the Iraqi Civil War, including Yazidis and women from different cultures, to escape from ISIS, and they also support Iraqi women dealing with domestic violence.

Jannat survived domestic violence from her tribal family, who believed she had dishonored them. She received the International Women of Courage Award and, after the award, visited other cities, including a reception in Minnesota with fellow award winner Sister Carol.
