Good Times (Better Times) is a pop song by Cliff Richard, released as a single in February 1969. The B-side is "Occasional Rain." The track was recorded on 31 January 1969 at IBC Studios in London and released by Columbia. It runs 2 minutes 16 seconds and was written by Jerry Lordan, Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway, with production by Norrie Paramor. It reached number 12 on the UK Singles Chart. Critics from New Musical Express described it as a happy, light-hearted and danceable tune, featuring a strong bass drum, dancing strings, organ, brass and vocal riffs. In Cliff Richard’s single chronology, it followed "Don't Forget to Catch Me" (1968) and preceded "Big Ship" (1969).
