Finn Sullivan is an American basketball player who finished his college career with the Vermont Catamounts in the America East Conference. He previously played for the San Diego Toreros. The 6-foot-4, 210-pound guard played high school basketball at Torrey Pines in San Diego, where he played for coach John Olive. He then joined the University of San Diego under coach Sam Scholl and appeared in 74 games over three seasons, averaging about 6 points.

In 2021, Sullivan transferred to Vermont, providing outside shooting for a defense-focused team. He used a COVID-era extra year to play a fifth season, averaging a career-best 11.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game, helping Vermont win both the America East regular-season title and the conference tournament. He was named first-team All-America East and the America East Player of the Year in 2023. Sullivan went undrafted in the 2023 NBA draft.
