The Golf Federation of Armenia, also called the National Golf Association of Armenia, is the country’s golf governing body and is overseen by the Armenian Olympic Committee. Its headquarters are in Yerevan. The federation was founded in December 2006, and its president is Karen Hovhannisyan. It is a full member of the International Golf Federation and the European Golf Association.

In 2015, Armenia and Georgia launched the Caucasus Cup, a team golf event similar to the Ryder Cup, to promote golf in the Caucasus. The first Cup was held in Kachreti, Georgia, at the Ambassadori Golf Club, and in 2016 it took place in Yerevan at the Ararat Golf Club.
