Ninrol Edgardo Medina Torres (born 26 August 1976 in San Ignacio, Honduras) is a retired Honduran football defender and the current manager of Arsenal de Roatán in the Honduran Segunda Division. He came through the Motagua youth system and spent much of his career with Motagua, with spells abroad in Mexico and Costa Rica, and finished his playing days as captain of Victoria.

Medina earned 53 caps for Honduras between 1995 and 2004. He played in the 1995 FIFA World Youth Championship in Qatar and made his senior debut against Turkey on 11 June 1995. A regular starter by 1999, he formed part of a strong defensive line under coach Ramón Maradiaga, featuring in World Cup qualifiers and four CONCACAF Gold Cups, including the 2001 Copa América where Honduras finished third after winning a shootout against Uruguay. After retiring as a player, he moved into coaching, serving as Motagua’s assistant and later as an assistant for the Honduras national team, before taking charge at Arsenal de Roatán.
