Get Dancin' is a disco song by Disco-Tex and the Sex-O-Lettes, led by Monti Rock III. It was written by Bob Crewe and Kenny Nolan, produced by Crewe, and arranged by Bruce Miller. The track appears on their 1975 album Disco Tex & His Sex-O-Lettes Review and was released as a single in November 1974. The song is about 3 minutes and 56 seconds long (Part I is 3:20; a full version with Part II runs 7:15).

It reached number 1 on the US Disco chart, number 3 on the US Dance chart, and also charted in the UK and Canada at number 8, as well as number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, number 19 in Australia, and number 32 on the US R&B chart. It ranked 100th on Billboard’s Year-End list for 1975.

In the song, Monti Rock III, as Disco Tex, tells the audience to dance despite world troubles; the crowd chants for an encore, he initially protests but then performs again. The complete version includes Part II. The lyrics briefly mention other songs and gossip columnist Rona Barrett. The song has appeared in two Simpsons episodes.
